Poynter Law Group and the Clarke Tucker Law Firm have associated together.
This association of law firms brings together attorneys Clarke Tucker and Scott Poynter and decades of civil litigation experience, both on the defense and plaintiff sides.
PT's focus is to serve clients needing help with their businesses, whether it be in their development or in commercial litigation to either vindicate their rights or to defend matters brought against them.
PT also wishes to help people with healthcare insurance matters, investors and shareholders in complex litigation or arbitration cases, and employees with labor law issues.
Additionally, with more than 20 years in class action and multi-district litigation experience, PT is particularly skilled to represent parties in complex mass injury actions.
