Purchasers of Shamrock Wood Flooring Allege Defective Floors Cause Personal Injury.

Yesterday, we filed a class action case on behalf of a North Little Rock resident that purchased Shamrock's American Pub Cheers Hardwood floors, and had them installed in his home.

The complaint alleges the wood floors discolor, splinter, and shard.

Further, the complaint also alleges that a large splinter in the floor stuck into the Plaintiff's young son's foot, which required a trip to the emergency room to remove. As such, the defective floors present a safety hazard, and must be removed and replaced at substantial costs.
